POTA 10-30-2021
Today I activated (barely) K-5718, Flint Hills Trail, on 40 meters. It was a tough event due to the band conditions, but I got the minimum to activate the park.
POTA 10/23/21
I went to the Marais Des Cygnes massacre site for a Parks On The Air activation. It has just stopped raining when I arrived and the dirt road was muddy.
Weekend Getaway
We went to Clearwater Beach last weekend. Had a great time!
Test Run of New Portable Mast
I bought a windsock telescopic fiberglass pole to use as a portable mast for ham radio. I put it up in the yard with with a dual band roll up
