I drove over to a new park, to me, for a Parks On The Air activation. It is a State Fishing Lake, but it is unusual in that it is formed from the outlet of Melvern State Park‘ lake.
When I arrived I found a bunch of RVs & campers, so I looked for a quiet spot to set up. Once up and running it didn’t take long to figure out that the bands were in bad shape. I was able to get 16 in the log after an hour and decided that was enough.
